1. Can I place a custom order on IOliveYou®?

Yes, you can place a custom order on IOliveYou®, please check the instructions below on how to make a custom order.

You can check our website for the item you would like to purchase, to find the perfect base size or construction base you like. If you cannot find any, please save some pictures for reference.

Send your requests for color, length, density, base size or item SKU, and any photos if you want a custom color to ioliveyouservice@gmail.com, and we will provide a quote for you.

2. What packing?
All our products are packaged in a unified box or nice PE self sealing bags. If you need special packaging, you can contact our customer service and we will package it according to your needs, such as gift boxes. We may charge a cost if the required packaging exceeds our budget, if not, it will be free!

3. Must to register as a member?
